What information do you need for an enquiry?
Origin, destination, mode (air or sea), cargo type, pieces, weight and dimensions. The enquiry form includes a CBM / volumetric weight calculator using centimetres, inches or metres. We do not publish rates online.
How is CBM calculated for sea freight?
CBM is length × width × height converted to cubic metres, multiplied by the number of pieces. Inches are converted automatically. Volumetric weight uses 1 CBM ≈ 167 kg.
Which government agencies do you work with?
Kephis, KEBS, KRA, KENTRADE, the Anti-Counterfeit Authority, NEMA, KPA and KRPB — listed under Partner Government Agencies in the footer.
How do I reach the Nairobi desk on WhatsApp?

What email should I use for enquiries?
Write to enquiries@nairobiclearing.com. Mombasa-specific mail can still go to msa@nairobiclearing.com.
Do you handle both air and sea freight?
Yes. We provide air cargo services and sea freight, plus door to door for both air and sea cargo, customs brokerage, warehousing, inland transport and sale of containers.
Do you offer door to door services?
Yes. Door to door for both air and sea cargo — collection, freight, clearance and last-mile delivery arranged by the Nairobi or Mombasa desk.
Do you sell containers?
Yes. We sell serviceable used containers (typically 20ft and 40ft) subject to stock. Send an enquiry with the size you need and the Nairobi or Mombasa desk will confirm availability.
